Pugot--from Tabi-Tabi Po Art Show

Here's some of the body of work i recently submitted at the Tabi-Tabi Po Art Show in San Francisco, dedicated to Filipino folklore and mythology. The title of the body of work is called "Pugot". The Pugot ("decapitated one") is a mythical creature that is found in the Ilocos region in the northern part of the Philippines. It can assume various shapes such as hogs, dogs or even as humans. However, it usually appears as a black, gigantic headless being. The creature usually resides in dark places or deserted houses. For more info about the exhibit check out: http://1amsf.com/
